We would like to update you on the initiation of a construction project located in close proximity to The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel, approximately 75–100 meters away from the entrance.

This project may result in some inconveniences for our mutual guests staying in specific room categories: Deluxe Room Balcony, Deluxe Partial Sea View, Premium Partial Sea View, and Deluxe 01 Bedroom Suite Partial Sea View.

There might be inconveniences caused by visual and auditory disturbances due to the ongoing building project.

However, this project will not affect other room types, apart from the above-mentioned room categories, which offer views of the swimming pool, private resort beach, and the captivating sights of the palm fronds and Marina, ensuring an undisturbed experience. The project is anticipated to be completed by December 31, 2025.

The resort’s facilities, including the swimming pool, dining establishments, fitness center, and kids club, will continue to operate seamlessly for the pleasure of our mutual guests.

A dedicated team is prepared to arrange alternative solutions for those whose stay might be impacted upon request.
